  • My finance is the father of child. As of now the child's mother is no were to be found the child was given to paternal grandparents last year, they currently have legal guardianship in CA. The child has been in our custody for the last 2 weeks in AZ. How do we start the process for legal custody.
  • I am a single mother of a 12 year old -turning 13 in less than a month- my son was born out of wedlock in Las Vegas, NV (Paternity was established) When he was about a year old, his father decided to leave. After we broke up, he then stayed in NV for a couple of months, then moved back to Mexico. My son and I moved to AZ in 2009. We have been residing here since then. Father has not made an effort to see/talk to son. He does NOT pay child support and he lives in Mexico City according to his Facebook Profile, what can I do to obtain sole custody/full decision making regarding my son?

The writ of restitution is being sent today to the process server as the attornys handling the eviction are in Maricopa county. My question is this; will the paperwork be filed on Tuesday next as this is a holiday week-end or can the process server actually file the writ on a Saturday? Can the home be put into a trust for my mother or sold to a family member before my father enters a nursing home to avoid this?
